The Bad Kleinkirchheim ski area is located in the Spittal an der Drau district. 24 lifts take you quickly and comfortably to the heart of the ski area. The more than 103 kilometers of perfectly groomed slopes and the 5 km ski route for skiing and snowboarding promise variety and pure skiing pleasure.
From family runs to challenging black runs - here you will find the perfect slope that suits you. 23 ski huts invite you to a strengthening lunch or relaxed après-ski.

Bad Kleinkirchheim and St. Oswald are very family and child friendly. There are several Kinderlanden and baby lifts in both villages. Thanks to the many offers for families, the ski area is an attractive destination.
In Bad Kleinkirchheim, families with a paying adult family member who pay a 6 day ski pass, pay only 1 euro per day for their children's ski pass.
At the mountain station of the Nationalparkbahn Brunnach you will find the NockIN play terrace with Nocktubing, magic sleigh rides and a toboggan run. The toboggan runs are always very popular with the little ones.

Beautiful cross-country trail

The 8 km long Römerloipe, which is built on the golf course in winter, is located near our apartment house.
There is also a 2.5 km long Sportloipe.
If there is enough snow, there is also a connection to the 42 km
long Römerloipe Patergassen-to-Gnesau.

Bad Kleinkirchheim

Almost every day (except Mondays), après-ski with music is offered alternately in the different huts. A day of skiing can be concluded with live music and typical Austrian delicacies.
Trattlers Einkehr is located downstairs at the Maibrunn base station, where you can stylishly après-ski by the fireplace. Relaxation après-ski in the cabin lounge with outdoor bar daily from 3 pm. At the base station Kaiserburg, the Sundowner is crowded during the season and has a great atmosphere.
It is one of the top ski resorts in Bad Kleinkirchheim.

Relax in the Thermen

Bad Kleinkircheim is the birthplace of the wellness culture and the village even got its name from it (Bad). Despite the fact that Bad Kleinkircheim was not owned by the Romans, you do get that feeling every now and then. There are several spas and other wellness centers.

Small but nice

De Falkert, also known as Heidi Alm, is a child-friendly area.
The Falkert ski area is located at an altitude of 1750-2300 meters and consists of 8 ski slopes, a fun park and 4 drag lifts.

Furthermore, there are 16 km of cross-country trails, tobogganing and beautiful hiking trails.
You can also skate on the Falkertsee. It is a small but quiet ski area without long waiting times.

Turracher Höhe
Winter paradise on the Turracher Höhe

Winter sports area Turracher Höhe offers optimal conditions for skiers, carvers and snowboarders.
It is a popular extensive ski area with perfectly groomed, varied and wide slopes.
This qualitative and innovative place is constantly on the move. The Schafalm course, which opened in winter 2015/2016, is a good example of this.

Child-friendly ski area in the heart of Austrian Carinthia

South Austria, in Carinthia, is a very child-friendly ski area. Gerlitzen is fully equipped for winter sports enthusiasts, with various catering facilities on and off the slopes, a large versatile children's school and snow cannons everywhere.

There are several parking spaces at the ski resort where you will be taken to the base station with shuttle buses. You will find a lot of red slopes in the ski resort, but beginners can also make good progress in this area.
